Design for performance
Instead of manufacturability
The world´s largest binder jet 3D printers for the production of metal, ceramic or composite parts.
On-demand production of parts without tooling
Rapid functional prototyping of complex components
Enabling engineers to create parts that are unattainable with machining
Increasing design flexibility and innovation capability
Unique technology that turns high performance parts
Metal Binder Jet 3D printing is a process where a liquid binder is jetted on layers of powdered metal materials, selectively joined and then followed by densification process.
At PRINTY we are capable to offer 10.000 cm3/hour output for printing your parts. This enables us to offer the lowest costs of metal 3D printing on the market.
With optimization of your design for additive manufacturing 30%+ reduction of parts weight is possible. Get in touch for our topology optimization services.

How it works
Binder jetting is a sophisticated 3D printing process that starts with a layer of powder spread on the build box, and a liquid binder is jetted onto the powder layer, then partially dried with an electrical heater.
